Oakes College Tile Program

The mission of Oakes College is to provide intellectual, academic, and personal inquiry rooted in the possibility of effecting positive social, economic, and political change. Values and Change in a Diverse Society

Tile Program funding helps:

  • Oakes Research Fellowships: A mentor program in which Oakes students work with Oakes faculty fellows on their research.
  • Speakers series for first-year students by Oakes alumni and faculty fellows regarding careers/research.
  • An awards fund to reward exceptional Oakes students with a Leadership Award, a Community Service Award, and a Poetry Award.
