Science, Technology, and Society
Tile Program funding helps:
- Funding for innovative student research and community service projects. Crown already has a formal research fellowship program that we'd like to expand to support more student missions for community service in the United States and abroad.
- Improving Crown's physical facilities to make them more useful for our students. Specifically, the Crown Library and the Fireside Lounge (formerly called the Junior Commons) are both in need of renovation.
- Speakers series for first-year students by Crown alumni and faculty fellows regarding careers/research.
